• Improvements to the top bar

Bugs Fixed 🐛🔨

• Footer text is broken under Settings > About Shift
• Uploading a custom image for Workspace avatars doesn't work when adding a Workspace (not yet user facing)
• Tooltips remain visible after mouse has navigated away
• App links open the app but not the respective URL within that app
• Search filter buttons cause the dropdown to be dismissed
• Tooltips are popping too rapidly
• Office365 smart link suggestions are not working
