  2. Type a name into the "Workspace Name" field and click "Save".

How to edit the Workspace image in the sidebar

  1. Right-click on the Workspace icon in your sidebar and click "Edit Workspace"
  2. Under "Workspace Avatar", choose from either "Mail Avatar", "Icon Picker", or "Upload Image"

If "Mail Avatar" is selected, Shift will display whatever profile photo you have set within your email account settings.

How to edit unread badge preferences for a Workspace

To customize whether or not an unread badge displays on a Workspace icon in your sidebar, right-click on the Workspace icon and select "Show Workspace Badge" according to your preference.

How to edit the placement of a Workspace in your sidebar

To customize the placement of a Workspace in your sidebar, click and drag the Workspace icon to the desired location in your sidebar. Your Primary Workspace will always appear at the top of your sidebar and this cannot be changed.

How to edit the colour of a Workspace

To customize the colour of a Workspace, right-click on the Workspace icon in your sidebar and select "Edit Workspace". Click on the "Colour" field to change the colour.

Selecting a colour will change the coloured ring around the avatar in your sidebar. This colour will correspond with the Workspace's calendar events in the Unified Calendar.
