That's all we know." message when accessing one of your Gmail accounts within Shift, this is indicative that there is an issue with the URL handling. This particular error message is delivered when there is an issue with the URL. This can happen for a number of reasons, for instance, if your email is idle for a long time the URL's server request times out which results in an invalid URL.
Solutions 💡
1. Double-click the email icon
Double-click on the email icon towards the upper right to refresh the email page.
2. Allow Cookies within Shift
- Head to Options (lower left) > Settings > General
- Find Privacy and Security
- Click "Cookies and other site data"
- Click "Allow all cookies"
- Reload the email page
3. Clear all Cookies
- Head to Options (lower left) > Settings > General
- Find Privacy and Security
- Click "Clear browsing data"
- Select "All time" in the Time range
- Select "Cookies and other site data"
- Click the clear data
