Connection not private, site can't be reached, email images not rendering and file download issue

Issue Summary 📄

This particular issue presents itself in a number of ways. Shift will either display a "Your connection is not private" (NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED) or "This site can't be reached" error message when trying to access your calendar and other Google services. Images in emails are also not rendering and you may experience issues with downloading PDFs and other files from your email:

 

 

 

Status: Fixed 

This issue is fixed on the latest version of Shift, version 8.0.46. Please go to Options (lower left) > Check for updates. In case Shift does not update to 8.0.46 for you, head to our website to download the latest version.

 

Some users may need to perform a partial app data reset in addition to updating to 8.0.46. If the issue is not immediately fixed after updating to 8.0.46, please do an app data reset:
