Issue Summary 📄

If you have just downloaded something from Shift and are trying to drag and drop the downloaded file to your desktop from Shift, this will not work.  Shift does not yet have the functionality to be able to drag downloaded files out of the Shift screen. 

Workaround: Go to Quick Settings (top-right corner) > Scroll down to Advanced Settings > Downloads > Set "Ask where to save each file before downloading" to ON. This will make sure the download saves to exactly where you want, eliminating the need to drag and drop this download to the desired desktop or folder. Instruction video below:
