How to manage your team members

In Shift Ultra, all subscription management, including for your team is done via the Online Account Portal! Follow our easy steps below to manage your team via the portal:


  1. Head to
  2. Sign in with your Primary Shift Account
  3. Click on the Teams tab on the left-hand side to manage your team

The Teams tab in the portal is used the exact same way the in-app manager was in the previous versions! Use this tab to manage your team members, including swapping out members, and purchasing additional licenses as your team grows and expands.
