Known issues with Google Calendar within Shift

There are a few known issues with Google Calendar within Shift that our QA team is working hard to fix:

  1. Google Calendar notifications do not work according to the set preferences for some users. Some users who have disabled notifications still get notified and some users who have their notifications on, do not get notified.
  2. When clicking on links within Google Calendar, Shift will open the link in a separate Shift window rather than according to your Open links in Shift preference (i.e. either in a new web tab within Shift or in your default browser). To get updates on this issue please visit this article.
  3. Google Calendar might trigger some unusual lettered notifications, where the notification might appear in a different language. To get updates on this issue please visit this article.
