Issue Summary 📄
There's a known issue where attempting to preview a PDF document within Outlook or Office365 will return a blank preview screen with an error message that the document cannot be shown.
Status: Fixed: Fix request submitted with development ⏳
Requests have been submitted with our development team and they are investigating. A timeline for a potential fix is not yet known.
Temporary Workaround 💡
Open the PDF document manually by downloading and opening it from the respective download location.
