Issue Summary 📄
When clicking on an email address or mailto link, and Shift is also set as your default email client, you may have noticed that after you select your email, a new compose window doesn't open, or if it does, the recipient's email is not populated automatically.
Status: Fix request submitted with development ⏳
Requests have been submitted with our development team and they are investigating. A timeline for a potential fix is not yet known.
Temporary Workaround 💡
Unfortunately, there are no known workarounds for this issue, aside from manually populating the email recipient manually😔
