Which Email Services Does Shift Support?

At Shift, we know that your productivity centers around email. That's where Shift comes in. 

These email services are supported in all Shift account types: 

Included in Shift Basic, Pro, and Advanced

Note: Office 365 accounts cannot be used as the primary Shift account. They can be used in Shift as any secondary email account. Your primary account is only used for logging in to Shift. 

Shift Advanced also includes support for the following email providers:

You can add them by visiting the Apps page inside Settings.

Included in all Shift Advanced plans. 

  • Yahoo Mail
  • iCloud/Apple Mail
  • Zoho Mail

These email account types are not supported in Shift: 

  • MS Exchange
  • Self-hosted email

Note: If your exchange account or self-hosted account can be accessed via a web application, please add it as a custom application in Shift. This feature is only available for Advanced users.
