At Shift, we know that your productivity centers around email. That's where Shift comes in.
Included in Shift Basic and Advanced.
You can add them by visiting the Apps page inside Settings.
Open Shift and go to Options > Settings > Apps > Search for the app you would like to add to Shift.
Included in all Shift Advanced plans. One app is included in Shift Basic.

Shift can support Microsoft Exchange accounts if you have Outlook Web Access (OWA).
You can find out if your Exchange account has OWA by checking with your domain administrator.
Another way of knowing is if you are able to access your email account online (not solely in a desktop email client). This is a good sign that you will be able to use your Exchange account in Shift since it is accessible online.
To add a Microsoft Exchange email to Shift through OWA follow these steps:
1. Go to Options > Settings > Apps
2. Search for the Outlook Web App and click on it to add it to Shift.
3. Add your team domain and click save. If you aren't sure of your team domain, check the URL or ask your domain administrator.
4. From there, you will be able to sign in to OWA in Shift.
Note: If your exchange account or self-hosted account can be accessed via a web application, please add it using Outlook Web Access (OWA).
