Issue Summary 📄

If you recently updated Shift to 6.0 you might be having some issues with extensions loading. This issue is present after adding Mailtrack, Boomerang, or Dropbox for Gmail to Shift. After enabling the extensions and going back into your email, it looks like nothing has changed and the extensions do not show up anywhere.

 

Status: Developers working on a Fix ⏳

Our development team is actively working on a fix for this issue. A potential fix is estimated sometime in early January 2021.

 

Temporary Workaround 💡

To load the extension, click on the "Reload" button towards the upper left of your page:
