If you are running an older version of Shift, it is common to encounter issues canceling your subscription. If you get an error when trying to cancel, here are a few quick tips that can help:
- Download the Latest Version of Shift here
- Reset your application data to ensure your connection is properly synced with Shift's servers
- Head into Options (lower left corner) > Settings > General > Reset application data
- Log back into Shift using your Primary Shift Account
