If you are running an older version of Shift, it is common to encounter issues canceling your subscription. If you get an error when trying to cancel, here are a few quick tips that can help:


  1. Download the Latest Version of Shift here
  2. Reset your application data to ensure your connection is properly synced with Shift's servers
    1. Head into Options (lower left corner) > Settings > General > Reset application data
    2. Log back into Shift using your Primary Shift Account
