We have received feedback from various sources regarding this issue. It seems that users are having trouble opening up documents within the Shift interface.
We are aware of this issue and working hard to resolve it. We do not currently have an exact timeline for coming up with a fix. However, we would like to assure you that we are working on this issue and will release the solution in Shift once the problem has been fixed.
