How to add and delete an app from a Workspace

Workspaces are a great way to organize your web apps and all your Bookmarks. For ideas on how to use and organize your Workspaces, check out our getting started article here. 🤓 You can make changes to a Workspace, including adding and removing apps, so long as you have at least Edit or Admin access on that Workspace (more about Workspace permissions here).

 

How to add an app to a Workspace

After you've added a Workspace to your setup, simply click on the Add Application button towards the right-hand side of the screen and search for the app you want to add. Then, click on the "+" on the corner of the app. Any apps you add or remove will be saved.

 

How to delete an app from a Workspace

  1. Click on a Workspace in your Shift sidebar
  2. Look towards top right-hand corner of your Workspace. You'll see an icon for each app you've added to your Workspace
  3. Right-click on the icon of the app and select "Delete"
