You can add and delete apps from your Workspace simply within your Workspace. 

1. Click on a Workspace in your Shift sidebar. 

2. Look at the top right-hand corner of your workspace next to the "Share" button. You'll see an icon for each app you've added to your Workspace.

3. Right-click on the icon of the app that you want deleted from your Workspace and select "Delete". 

That app will be removed from your Shift Workspace.
