After you upgrade to a paid version of Shift or whenever your annual subscription renews, you'll automatically receive a copy of your receipt from email@example.com. Team Admins are the only ones who will receive a copy of the receipt. Please ensure to double-check your spam/junk folder in case it landed there!

Didn't get your receipt? No problem! Simply reach out to our support team and let us know We'll get a copy sent over to you ASAP.
How can I get a custom receipt?
If you require a receipt with more information please reach out to our support team and let us know what information you require. Make sure to provide us with a copy of the original receipt or the last 4 digits of your credit card (we just need this for security purposes)! After that, simply let us know what you need us to add to the receipt. A few ideas for what you might need:
- First and Last Name
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Postal Code / ZIP Code
- City, Country
- Other Tax Numbers
