How to find your receipt for your purchase of Shift

After you upgrade to a paid version of Shift or whenever your annual subscription renews, you'll automatically receive a copy of your receipt from support@stripe.com to your Primary Shift Account. Team Admins are the only ones who will receive a copy of the receipt. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it landed there! 📨

 

Where can I find my past receipts?

There isn't a space in Shift yet that allows you to view or download your past receipts. If you need a copy of a prior receipt, reach out to our support team and let us know what year(s) you need. 

 

What to do if you can't find your receipt

Didn't get your receipt? No problem! Simply reach out to our support team and let us know. We'll get a copy sent over to you ASAP.

 

Can I add custom details to my receipt?

If you require a receipt with specific information please reach out to our support team and let us know what information you require.

 

Make sure to provide us with a copy of the original receipt or the last 4 digits of your credit card. This is required for verification and security purposes. 

 

After that, simply let us know what you need us to add to the receipt. A few ideas for what you might need:

 

  • First and Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • Postal Code / ZIP Code
  • City, Country
  • VAT
  • Other Tax Numbers

Our team will then draft a custom invoice for you based on the information provided.
