When purchasing Shift, you will receive an emailed receipt in the inbox that we have on file in our payment system, Stripe.
Please check your Primary Shift Account inbox for a receipt for Stripe and/or Shift DBA.
How to Add Company Information to your Invoice
If you require an invoice with more information on it than what is included in the receipt sent to you or you did not receive a receipt, please reach out to our customer support team by creating a new ticket.
Please include any necessary information in your support ticket including, but not limited to:
- Primary Email account (Required)
- First and Last Name
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Postal Code / ZIP Code
- City, Country
- Other Tax Numbers
Our team will draw up a custom invoice on your behalf based on the information provided.
Payment of your Shift account is processed by a trusted third-party payment application, Stripe. As such, Shift does not collect any personal information or credit card information when processing payment applications.
