How to purchase and accepted payment methods

You can upgrade anytime by clicking on the red Upgrade button in Shift.


Our payment provider, Stripe, accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Billing policy

A subscription to Shift Advanced or Teams is available on an annual basis. Paid subscriptions are an opt-out model, meaning you must cancel if you do not want your subscription to renew automatically.


Your billing/renewal date is the date you originally paid for a Shift Advanced account. There is no way to change this billing date.


Refund policy

If you'd like to request a refund, please get in touch with our support team by clicking "Submit Ticket" in the upper right corner of this page.


If you live in a country with a mandatory refund policy, you may be eligible for a full refund. Our standard refund policy is 30 days. If you request a refund outside of the 30-day window, you will only be entitled to a prorated/partial refund for the remainder of your annual billing cycle.


Once you've submitted a ticket with our support team, your refund request will be processed right away. You should receive a refund receipt from Stripe sent to your Primary Shift Account email, as well as confirmation from our support team. Your account will automatically be downgraded to a Basic account and your subscription will be canceled so there are no additional charges in the future.


Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. We can only issue a refund back on the same credit card that the purchase was made originally.
