Why can’t I access my paid features?

If you have just upgraded to Pro or Advanced, your account should update fairly quickly.

However, if it is not updating, we suggest quitting Shift from the overhead menu bar by selecting "Shift" and choosing “Quit.” Next, re-open Shift to speed up the process.

If your menu bar is not visible, please do the following: 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Choose the General tab.
  3. Scroll down to “Appearance.
  4. Toggle on “Show App Menu.” 
  5. Click on Application and select “Quit.
