Missing taskbar or dock and unable to drag the Shift screen

Notice your taskbar or dock is no longer showing when you have Shift open? No longer able to click and drag around your Shift window? You are likely in fullscreen mode! See the quick steps below on how to exit out of fullscreen mode.

 

Windows/Linux

  1. Press F11 on your keyboard

OR

 

  1. Go to Options (lower left) > Settings > General > Appearance
  2. Scroll to find "Show application menu" setting and toggle it ON on the right-hand side (blue highlight)
  3. In the top menu bar, click on "View" and then select "Toggle Full Screen"

Mac 

  1. Move your mouse to the top of the screen until the top menu bar drops down
  2. Click on the green full-screen button

OR

 

  1. Move your mouse to the top of the screen until the top menu bar drops down
  2. Click on View
  3. Select "Toggle Full Screen"
