Updating your Payment Information

Payments for Shift Advanced occur annually, as one lump sum for the year. If you would like to update your account payment details before a payment, follow these simple steps:


  1. Go to Options (lower left corner) > Settings > Billing
  2. Click on "Update Payment Details"

An Update Details page should open in your default browser. Once your information is correct, select "Update Details" to save any changes made.
