How to update your payment information

Your paid Shift subscription (Advanced and Teams) occurs annually. If you would like to update your account payment details before a payment, follow our simple steps below! 💳

 

  1. Go to Options (lower left corner) > Settings > Billing
  2. Click on "Update Payment Details"

An Update Details page should open in your default browser. Once your information is correct, select "Update Details" to save any changes made.
