How to update your payment information

Trying to change the credit card on your file? Or any other billing info? You’ve come to the right place. 

 

Your paid Shift subscription (Advanced and Teams) occurs annually. The credit card you last used to purchase a subscription will be the card that automatically gets charged upon your annual renewal. You can update your payment information anytime. Continue reading for step-by-step instructions! 💳

 

  1. Head to https://tryshift.com/account
  2. Log in using your Primary Shift Account
  3. Click on "Payment Details" on the left-hand side
  4. Update billing information
  5. Click "Update Details"

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are currently accepted as payment methods.
